Homeowners are required to fill out amenity card request forms. Renters may not. If you are a renter, please ask your property manager or homeowner to request a card.  Once you fill out the amenity card request form, please mail a copy to the address below or place in the locked mailbox at the pool.  Keep the other copy of the form for your records. It takes about two weeks for the forms to be processed until the cards are received, so please be patient. They cannot be expedited. If an account is found to be delinquent, the card will be deactivated.

Any homeowner found lending out their card to other residents without an active card will be found in violation by allowing unauthorized persons into the amenity. Violators will be prosecuted. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the amenity area without an adult present.
